Hellooo my dear makeup fiends!
Juni here with a tutorial for my lovely friend Eddy! She’s a very sweet and beautiful girl, so it had to be something equally as sweet just for her!
I used Too-Faced Shadow Insurance, the Coastal Scents shimmer palette for my shadows, MAKE UP FOREVER Aqua Eyes in black, and MAKE UP FOREVER Smoky Lash in black.
1) Apply your eye primer (shadow insurance) first all over your lid, from the lashline to the brow line. Apply a little to the lower lashline as well.
2) Pat on a rose or very pale pink colored shadow all over the lid, from the lashline to the brow, and along the inner corner of your eye. This is both the base and the highlighter.
3) Add a grey-brown, mushroom color to the crease, making sure to blend outward. Use the same color and sweep a bit along the lower lashline to add a bit of definition.
4) Take a lighter blue (I used one with gold iridescence) and lightly brush on top of the brown on the lower lashline.
5) If you’re comfortable with applying liner along your waterline, make a very light band on the top and bottom waterlines. If you’re not, then ignore the bottom waterline, and only apply a thin line on the top lashline. When using the Aqua Eyes, it’s important to smudge as soon as possible, because this product sets, which allows it to stay on all day. Take an angled brush and smudge the liner, blending it slightly outward to create a small wing.
6) It’s important to take your time when apply the Smoky Lash mascara. The brush and formula are great for giving the appearance of longer and fuller lashes, but if you’re in a rush, it’s easy to make your lashes look clumped. Apply one coat, and after that has dried, apply one more.
If you have time and want to complete the look, here’s my suggestion!
7) Use the Bella Bamba blush from Benefit, brushing from the cheekbone upwards towards the temples. Remember to tap off your brush, a little bit goes a long way!
8) Highlight just above the blush with Miss Liberty from NARS.
9) Apply MAKE UP FOREVER Lab Shine lip gloss in D10. Trust me, it’s not as orange as it looks! It gives a nice peachy tone to your lips.
Get yourself a pretty daisy flower hair ornament to put near your temple and you’re done!
Hope you guys like this look as much as I do! If you have any suggestions or questions for me, don’t hesitate to ask! Have a great day everyone!

MAKE UP FOREVER: HD Invisible Cover Foundation review
Hey everyone!
Juni here—sorry about my absence here, been busy with work as it’s the holiday season, but here I am tonight to give you all my undivided attention ;)
Tonight is a review for the MAKE UP FOREVER HD Invisible Cover foundation.
I honestly hadn’t even really heard of this product until I started working for Sephora, but I am SO glad I did. Like so many others, I struggled with finding a foundation that wouldn’t disappear immediately after putting it on, and even finding a shade that matched my natural skin tone.
I absolutely adore this foundation for many reasons. One being the most important in my book—MUFE offers almost the entire range of skin tones to choose from, with pink and yellow undertones to fit every complexion.
Another great feature is that it almost has a powdery-soft finish after applied, and it doesn’t feel heavy on the face.
It’s made for HD TV, so it becomes nearly seamless on the face. It helps to even out complexion and minimize the appearance of pores.
It comes in a nifty pump bottle like this:

And usually costs about $40, but trust me, the price is worth it. You only really need one full pump for your entire face for every application (give or take a little, depending on your coverage preference), and it spreads really well.
I feel that it’s best to use a brush to apply this product, as sponges tend to absorb too much of it and waste too much.
My color is #110, what’s yours?
Til next time, makeup lovers!

Hey everyone!
Juni here with my first brush review! Yaaay!
I recently started my job with Sephora, and it’s given me the opportunity to sample and try so many new things. One of my favorite things so far is this brush kit.
It’s the Sephora Advanced Airbrush Set, designed to give you the flawless finish that you would normally only receive from airbrush makeup. I am in LOVE with this brush set, as it seems to do exactly as it advertises.
It comes with five synthetic brushes, three for face, two for eyes, and runs for $65.
Anonymous asked: I get really bad circles under my eyes, which are a bit deep set in the first place. Do you have any makeup tips or products to recommend that might help reduce this?
I have deep-set eyes as well, sometimes it can be a real drag!
If you’re not very into using a lot of concealers or makeup in general, trying cosmetic fixes is going to make everything even more uncomfortable for you.
The circles can be caused by allergens, lack of nutrients, or even lack of sleep. Make sure to get plenty of sleep every night if you are able, drink lots of water and take a multivitamin (I would ask your doctor about what might be best for you in this case). If these do appear more often during allergy seasons, then perhaps simply taking medication for allergies may help it as well.
If you’re used to cosmetic means, or tend to wear makeup often, the first thing you should do is invest in a vitamin-rich eye cream. Look for brands with vitamin K and retinol, and preferably with natural ingredients such as jojoba oil and shea butter.
Secondly, a mistake a lot of people make when trying to conceal a problem area is they use their normal concealer in their own skin tone. Bad thing to do for blemishes and under eye circles! There are tinted concealers and primers that mask it far better. What happens is the tinted concealer is basically the opposite of the color on your skin. Say you have red spot on your chin—you would apply a green-tinted concealer or primer to mask it. For dark circles or discoloration, a pink or mauve concealer would work best.
There are tinted primers by MAKE UP FOR EVER, available at Sephora for $32; Benefit has their Erase Paste at Sephora for $26, and often times they will have sample packs for cheaper, such as the Ready…Set…STAY! Eye Trio for the same price; at coastalscents.com they have the Camo Quad Color Corrector for $7.95, which has four colored concealers.
A lot of this can be considered relative, simply because everyone’s skin is different. I hope that some of this actually helped you! Let me know how it goes.

My own take on a cheetah look!
I’ve always wanted to do this!
(also, a pic of me smiling for Jessica, because she thinks I never smile in pictures.)

Hey everyone! Juni here.
Sorry again for my absence, kiddies. I’m running out of key things for my makeup looks, and worse—I’M BROKE, so I have to use them all sparingly until I can get more.
Thank you guys for being so patient, and I promise to have more looks up soon!
There’s always room for more suggestions or ideas or questions, so please feel free to send away if you find a look you’d like to see a tutorial of, or a picture that you think would be an interesting look! I don’t bite!
Have a great day everyone!
Juni Xx
